Ever had  “Flammkuchen” (  French for Tarte Flambée )? One of the dishes  at The Old Jazz, a bar/restaurant ( drinks & dinner) at the Hague Statenkwartier, at the Aert van der Goesstraat. Like the rest of the neighbourhood The Old jazz has an international character.

The dinner card has a large variety of small dishes. You could share them with your friends: “ shared dining “. The small dishes are a good choice if you want to enjoy good food but not too much. So you can taste a variety of dishes.  Next to an extensive dinner card The Old Dutch also has a large wine list with many special wines, a beer and cocktail menu with a wide choice of special beers ( on tap and bottled), cocktails and gin &tonics. The perfect place to have a drink.

The design of the bar is inspired by the jazzy art- deco style. The brass fittings, luxurious materials and subdued lights create a mix of a modern and classic ambiance. The patio at the front is heated throughout the year. The Old Jazz also welcome group bookings: there are 70 place settings and another 30 places around the bar. It is a good place for everybody who likes good food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.
